Follow these steps to connect Cal.com with Millis AI and enable AI-powered scheduling:

First, Get Your Cal.com API Key & Event Type
- Sign up at Cal.com (if you haven’t already).
- Create an event and copy the Event Type ID from the event URL.
- Go to Cal.com Settings, generate an API Key, and ensure it has no expiration.
Go to Your Agent Page
- Navigate to the Millis AI Dashboard and select the agent you want to configure.
Navigate to the Tools Section
- Click on "Add App Tool" to integrate Cal.com.
Add Two Cal.com Actions
- Select get_available_meeting_slots – Allows the agent to check availability.
- Select book_meeting_slot – Enables the agent to schedule meetings.
Enter Your API Key & Event Type
- Paste the Cal.com API Key and Event Type ID for both actions.

Once set up, your AI agent will automatically fetch available time slots and book meetings in real time!
